[Special Reminder] The KongfuMall User Registration Agreement consists of the KongfuMall Service Agreement, KongfuMall Service Terms, and KongfuMall User Privacy Policy. By completing the entire registration process and agreeing to this agreement, you indicate that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms. If a dispute arises between you and KongfuMall regarding the KongfuMall platform services, such disputes will be resolved according to the KongfuMall Service Agreement.
The ownership and operational rights of the electronic services under this agreement (referring to the services provided by www.kongfumall.com and its mobile software and applications) belong to KongfuMall. After agreeing to all the registration terms and completing the registration process, you can become an official user of KongfuMall. When you click “Agree to this Agreement,” it is deemed that you confirm your ability to enjoy the services provided by KongfuMall, including but not limited to purchasing agent services, and will independently bear the legal responsibilities arising from these services. Unless otherwise agreed upon between you and KongfuMall, this agreement is binding and permanently effective.
(1) KongfuMall Product Search and Display Service
To facilitate communication with sellers on platforms like Taobao and 1688, KongfuMall will display product listings and sales links from these sellers. You can directly search for products through the provided links and visit the corresponding product detail page or website for further product information or to communicate with sellers. KongfuMall does not have an actual sales function and is not an actual sales entity or platform.
(2) Purchasing Agency and Package Forwarding Services
Purchasing Agency Service: All purchasing agency services under this agreement are independently provided to you by a third-party purchaser. Currently, the third-party purchaser provides you with free services; however, you need to prepay for the goods required for purchasing agency.
Package Forwarding Service: If your purchased items involve cross-border transportation, KongfuMall will recommend a third-party logistics provider. You are responsible for choosing a logistics provider and paying the freight directly to them, while also paying KongfuMall a platform service fee.
(3) Product Purchase and Package Forwarding Disclaimer
KongfuMall may handle the goods you purchased appropriately, but cannot individually review purchasing platforms/merchants/products or services. Due to certain merchants engaging in illegal business activities, KongfuMall cannot verify the quality, legality, safety, or authenticity of the goods involved. Please purchase carefully.
(4) No-Reason Return and Exchange Policy (5 Days)
KongfuMall provides entrusted purchasing services and is not an online commodity seller. The “Interim Measures for No-Reason Return of Online Shopping Goods” does not apply. Products purchased through KongfuMall can be returned or exchanged within 5 days (subject to specific situations). After the free return/exchange period, fees may apply.
(5) Package Forwarding Agreement and Inspection Rules
You are responsible for understanding international prohibited items and related laws. KongfuMall can sign for and inspect your package according to package forwarding and receipt rules.
KongfuMall’s purchasing agency service assists you in purchasing goods from 1688 sellers. KongfuMall does not guarantee the quality of 1688 products and does not provide accurate inventory services. Please carefully select products and bear the risks on your own.
Goods purchased in China must comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and must be allowed for export. You understand and acknowledge that certain goods may be more sensitive to customs in some countries, increasing the chance of confiscation by local customs. KongfuMall is not responsible for any goods being confiscated, destroyed, or detained by customs for these reasons.
1，As KongfuMall’s business evolves, this service agreement may be updated to provide you with better services. However, without your explicit consent, KongfuMall shall not reduce your rights under this agreement. KongfuMall will publish the updated version on the KongfuMall website and mobile terminal and notify you via website announcements or other appropriate methods. Please review the updated terms carefully.
2，If KongfuMall makes significant changes, we will notify you via email, SMS, or other means, explaining the changes to the privacy policy or other key terms.
3，You are obligated to pay attention to and read the latest version of the agreement and KongfuMall announcements from time to time. If you do not agree with the updated agreement, you should immediately stop using KongfuMall services. Continuing to use the services will be deemed as acceptance of the updated agreement.
